  1. Check if buttons are hard to press

    If one or more buttons are tough to press or do not respond well to impact, it is recommended to blow with compressed air or brush clean m.

  3. Disconnect the keyboard and completely erase the device

    Remove the device through the Windows Device Manager and restart the computer.
    Turn on the keyboards as soon as the computer restarts.

    Will it have an influence if you connect the keyboard to another computer / device – and connect another mouse to the current device?

  6. Use another USB-port

    Try different USB ports on the computer, avoid so-called USB hubs, ie the ports directly in the motherboard on the computer.
